This activity is best for small group games. The card size is 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches. They are ideal for color printing and laminating.

Assembly Instrictions:

    1. Read or print out these instructions
    2. Print out "Learn Not To Burn" flashcards
    3. Glue card 1A to card 1B, 2A to 2B ans so on.
    4. Laminate cards, if desired.

Basic Instructions:

Choose the safest scenario, side A or B.

Goup Play Instructions:

    1. Ask each child to write on a sheet of paper, the numbers 1-11.
    2. Distribute one card to each child or small group of children.
    3. Tell child or small group to write the letter (A or B) indicating the safest scenario. After the letter, tell the child or small group to write an explanation why that scenario is safer than the other side.
    4. Rotate cards around the room so everyone has a chance to look at each one.
    5. Discuss as a large group why sides A or B are the safest scenarios.
